They go through a rigorous selection process to join our community of trainers and ensure they can deliver great learning experiences.
We actively match trainers with clients to ensure the individuals supporting your team have walked-the-walk in the type of consulting and the sectors you advise.

We're looking for exceptional consultants to join us
We're building a whole new approach to how consultants develop new skills. This goes beyond how our training & toolkits are delivered, or our proprietary Consulting Skills Accelerator approach.
We're experimenting with a novel operational model. It's transparent, honest, decentralised - based in a community of experts with a passion for sharing their knowledge and experience with others. We actively embrace automation through no-code tools, with our in-house experts working tirelessly to make everyone's professional life easier to manage.
We help each other as much as we help our clients.
Interested in joining our community of Honeycomb trainers? We are currently welcoming interest from experienced, active, consultants with a passion for developing others.
You'll need a passion for helping others become master consultants. Once accepted into our pool we'll give you full training on our instructional design and training delivery best practices, as well as access to all our training content. We have revenue share models for those interested in helping spread the word about Honeycomb.

Operations & Automation
Sam Lamey
Sam has spent 11+ years on operations excellence for consulting firms. She is the automation genius behind the Honeycomb Trainer Community.
Sam also supports clients directly with process design, decision design and automation projects.
She lives in Woking & has two young kids.
Finance
Katherine Eaton
Katherine has worked with Honeycomb since 2018, leading our internal Finance team and supporting clients to run Finance processes smoothly.
She is a qualified Chartered Management Accountant with 15+ years’ experience supporting a variety of small to medium clients - including start-ups and high growth firms. She has two young kids.

Gabby Cervai
Gabby is the longest serving member of the Honeycomb community, having joined in 2018. An expert book-keeper with exceptional reliability and attention to detail, Gabby runs the books for Honeycomb and some of our clients.
Outside of work she loves food from her native Italy, and has two young children to keep her busy.

Finance
Jana Griffiths
Jana is a finance superstar, managing all our invoicing and supplier payments processes, as well as payroll for Honeycomb and various clients.
Since 2020 she's worked tirelessly to ensure everything runs smoothly across our operations.
Jana lives in Carshalton & has a young son.
