Honeycomb was founded in 2018 by ex-Bain consultant, Deri Hughes. Following first-hand experience as CFOO of a 60-person consultancy, Deri was inspired to help other consulting firm leaders develop their teams. Joined in 2023 by ex-PwC consultant Colin Mann, they now manage this thriving, global training business and international team.
Our world-class pool of trainers are all active consultants with experience in the top management consultancies, including Bain, McKinsey, BCG, and the 'Big Four' (PwC, EY, KPMG, Deloitte). We are looking for exceptional consultants to join us.
We're building a whole new approach to developing consulting skills. This goes beyond how our training and toolkits are delivered, or our proprietary Consulting Skills Acceleration Service.
We're experimenting with a novel operational model. It's transparent, honest, and decentralised. It's based in a community of experts with a passion for sharing their knowledge and experience with others. We actively embrace automation through no-code tools and our in-house experts work tirelessly to make everyone's professional life easier to manage.
