FOUNDER & MANAGING DIRECTOR
Deri is a consultant turned operator. He spent many years at top strategy consulting firm Bain & Company, and subsequently built his own practice supporting corporates & private equity to maximise value in deal environments.
More recently, he was CFOO of Credo Business Consulting where he built the operations team from scratch - learning many valuable lessons along the way! Following Credo's sale to Teneo in 2017, he left to set-up Honeycomb and help the leaders of boutique consulting firms build their operational capabilities, through operations planning, training courses, and outsourced operations services.
His approach to operations planning combines his strategic & operational expertise with a pragmatic realism that provides laser focus on the things that really matter.
Outside of Honeycomb, Deri's passions are his four kids, strength training (he's a competitive powerlifter and strongman!), and his charity work. With his wife, he founded Shop + Drop to support vulnerable people self-isolating during the coronavirus pandemic, and is Finance Director of the Harry Birrell Scholarship Trust.

Katherine has worked with Honeycomb since 2018 and now supports a range of clients as part of our Finance team. She is a qualified Chartered Management Accountant with over 12 years’ experience supporting a variety of small to medium clients - including start-ups and high growth firms. She has two young kids.
Sam joined Honeycomb in 2019, having spent 8+ years’ running operations in boutique consulting firms. She enjoys being an active business partner, acting as the key interface between the business and the Finance team. She's proactive, dependable, systems savvy, process-focused, and loves building strong relationships across the business. Outside of work she's a seasoned traveller who enjoys exploring new places.
Gabby joined Honeycomb in 2018, having previously worked as an EA in Advertising and Tax. Having moved into Book-keeping Gabby runs the books for Honeycomb and our Finance Services clients. She's highly dependable and committed to excellent customer service. Outside of work she loves food from her native Italy, and has two young children to keep her busy.
Chelsea joined Honecomb in 2019, from an Account Management role in the music industry. Hugely proactive, Chelsea is the go-to for getting stuff done! She supports clients with our office management services and many ad hoc requests to help their day-to-day run smoothly. She's a fitness enthusiast and lives with her husband and young daughter
Andy runs our Leadership Skills training, building on his 15+ years leadership experience as a Chartered Engineer (Project Manager) and within the MOD. He's used to high pressure environments having led counter-terrorism teams in Iraq! As a professional actor, he brings unparalleled realism to our role plays.
